L.I.V.E  is a registered Spanish Asociacion. Registration no: G93117737

The primary aim of L.I.V.E is to raise money, goods or services from the ex-pat community of residents in Spain to use for charitable purposes including but not limited to donations of materials to less fortunate, both socially and economically, or disabled children and young adults, for the purposes of education, training, social inclusion, family support and basic needs.

Permissions include:

• collecting money on private premises
• collecting money in public places provided in line with local permissions
• raising funds from events and entertainments
• advertising presence in media and posters in approved areas

Responsibilities include:

• maintaining a bank account that is open to scrutiny by Spanish tax authorities at any time
• accounting for all funds received and ensuring that all funds appear in the L.I.V.E bank account
• accounting for all funds donated or spent by way of receipts and invoices
• holding regular meetings and keeping minutes of all discussions and agreements
